Common to both Vijay and Kamal ?!!
There are a couple of important cast updates in Kamal Haasan's remake of Drishyam, apparently titled Papanasam.
Niveda Thomas, who played the role of Vijay's younger sister in Jilla, is set to be cast as Kamal's elder daughter in the film. This character gives the movie its major turning point, it must be noted.
And the actor who is expected to play the brutal, wicked constable role would be the highly talented Kalabhavan Mani, who is already well-introduced to the Tamil audiences.
Jeethu Joseph is directing the Tamil remake as well, and the shoots are expected to commence this month.
